Passengers with Special Needs
Passengers with special needs, such as those requiring assistance with mobility or other specific requirements, must be accompanied by an adult passenger aged 18 or older who has a valid ticket. This is unless the passenger with special needs is fully independent and does not require assistance with boarding the aircraft.
Please note that the airline is unable to provide direct supervision for passengers who cannot move independently. However, we can offer certain services, such as assistance with boarding and disembarking, upon request. Please be aware that these services may incur additional charges and may not be available on all flights due to limitations at specific airports and landing sites.
Important Considerations:
Advance Reservations: If you require special assistance during your flight, please contact our Customer Service Center at least three days prior to your departure date.
Confirmed Reservations: Your special assistance request must be confirmed by the airline in written form.
Potential Denials: If your special assistance request is not confirmed in advance, the airline may refuse to transport you.
For more information or to make a special assistance request, please contact our Customer Service Center.
